At what time will the event start on friday? Will there be any age limit?

The exact starting time is not known yet. But I think the first official business you should attend, would be "The Moot" on Friday evening. That is a separate gathering of both sides where each discuss their tactics and leadership. I think it will start around 21:00.
As of yet there is no age limit.
