Estonian army tactics discussion

So we ought to have a thread in english as well for discussing our Estonian strengths, weaknesses, tactics, hairstyles, breakfast and whatnot. Also summaries of what is being said in finnish in the other threads can go here so that our non-finnish-speaking Vishna buddies can keep up.

So far the Estonian army seems to consist of a fairly strong front line (TURA, Perkele) with the smaller groups (Spitaaliset, Druzina) covering the rear. Where does Vishna stand? I reckon you'll be sort of split up with some in the line and the lighter Vishna joining with the rest of our skirmish groups? 13. komppania also seems like a group well adjusted for breaking up enemy lines and/or skirmishing.

So to begin with, here's a summary of the introduction of our group:

Likainen Druzina (or Dirty Druzina, organizers mistyped it as just "Druzina", but we're also Dirty ) consists of 11 warriors. We're quite heavily armoured by the Sotahuuto standards, and most of us act as archers. Although we are armoured, we try to keep our group mobile enough. We'll equip ourselves in 13th century russian/turcomongol style.

As for strengths, weaknesses, tactics, hairstyles, breakfast and whatnot - all these things will become clear when sotahuuto starts and we are all there.

Most important things shall be cooperation between our armies groups, unity of them, and morale.
